Outward Hound Fun Feeder Slo Bowl Dog Slow Feeder, Drop, Gray, 8.8" is a curated Amazon.com deal on DealStoker in Pets. The currently shown price is $7.62. The listed comparison price is $10.49. Shopper rating signals show 4.6 stars from about 135,645 reviews.
The trade-off is simple: this bowl makes mealtime slower, so if your dog gets impatient or you need something for quick grab-and-go feeding, it may annoy both of you.
It suits small to medium dogs and cats that inhale their food, because the maze-like ridges force them to work around the bowl instead of bolting through a pile of kibble or wet food. The 8.8-inch size holds up to 2 cups, and the non-slip base helps keep it from skittering across the floor. It’s also easy to clean and made without BPA, which matters for something you’ll wash often. At the shown price, it’s a pretty low-risk buy if your main goal is slowing down a fast eater.
Skip it if your pet is easily frustrated by puzzle-style feeders, needs a larger capacity, or tends to chew on bowls.
